Task table

The tasks page offers two views, switched via the LIST and TABLE toggle in the top left.

List view

Status tabs

Tab	Description
Upcoming	Planned tasks that haven’t started yet
In Progress	Tasks currently being worked on
Paused	Temporarily interrupted tasks
Done	Completed tasks

Filter and sort options

Function	Description
Search field	Searches tasks by name and assigned vineyard
Filter (funnel icon)	By employee, vineyard, task type, priority and time period
Sort (arrow icon)	By date, priority or name
Grouping	By start date, task type or priority

Export

The currently filtered task list can be downloaded as a CSV file. The export contains all visible tasks with their fields.

Table view

The table view shows a matrix of vineyards (rows) and task types (columns).

Status legend

Symbol	Status
Blue (triangle)	In Progress
Green (check)	Done
Yellow (circle)	Upcoming
Red (pause)	Paused

Use the eye icon next to each status to show or hide individual statuses.

Progress display

Option	Description
By task count (%)	Share of completed tasks out of the total
By area	Progress weighted by the vine area of the assigned vineyards

Permissions

Permission	Description
TASK_TABLE_READ	Show the table view — without this permission, the TABLE tab is not visible

Permissions are controlled via roles.
