Create spray plan

A spray plan defines a specific plant protection measure for selected vineyards over a given period. When you save it, tasks are automatically created for the assigned employees. The creation process guides you through all the required information in four steps.
Spray plan overview
Section titled “Spray plan overview”
The overview is divided into two sections:
| Area | Description |
|---|---|
| Current spray plans | Spray plans whose application period includes today’s date |
| Other spray plans | Past and future spray plans |
Each entry shows the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the spray plan |
| Task type | The task type assigned to the automatically created tasks |
| Date from/to | The spray plan’s application period |
Use the search field to search spray plans by name.
Spray plan wizard
Section titled “Spray plan wizard”Click + Create spray plan to open the 4-step wizard.

Master data
Enter the spray plan’s basic details:
- Name — Name of the spray plan
- Task type — The type of the automatically created tasks (dropdown)
- Calculation — Calculation method: hectares or leaf wall area
- Application period — Date from/to for the planned application
- Grape stage interval — Status from/to, defines the grape stage for the treatment

Tank mix
Select a predefined tank mix and enter the dilution amount.

Vineyards
Select the vineyards to be treated — either individually or via vineyard groups.

Employees
Assign one or more employees as spray operators.
Click Create — the spray plan is saved and the associated tasks are created automatically.
