Price calculator
Vinitor uses a modular pricing model: you only pay for the modules you actually use, and the price depends on your vine area in hectares. Use the interactive calculator to estimate your monthly price.
How the calculation works
Section titled “How the calculation works”The monthly price depends on two factors:
- Vine area — Your total cultivated area in hectares
- Selected modules — Each module has its own price per hectare
Each module is calculated separately: hectares × the module’s hectare rate, plus a base price per module for larger businesses. The sum across all selected modules gives the monthly price.
Price tiers

| Up to 40 ha (inclusive) | Hectares × hectare rate — no base price |
| Over 40 ha | Hectares × reduced hectare rate + base price per module |
Businesses over 40 ha benefit from degressive pricing — the hectare rate falls, and a fixed base price is added instead. With all modules selected, that works out as:

Free modules
Section titled “Free modules”The field record book (vineyard management), employee management and vineyard import are always free and included in every business — even without a subscription.
Paid modules
Section titled “Paid modules”Every paid module has its own hectare rate. You can add or remove modules at any time under Settings → Billing.

Trial period
Section titled “Trial period”New businesses start with a free trial period, during which all modules are unlocked. Once the trial ends, you choose the modules you want to keep using. For more details, see Billing & modules.
