Price calculator
Vinitor uses a modular pricing model: you only pay for the modules you actually use, and the price depends on your vine area in hectares. Use the interactive calculator to estimate your monthly price.
How the calculation works
Section titled “How the calculation works”The monthly price depends on two factors:
- Vine area — Your total cultivated area in hectares
- Selected modules — Each module contributes a different weight to the total price
Price tiers
Section titled “Price tiers”| Business size | Calculation |

| Under 40 ha | Hectares × module rate |
| From 40 ha | Hectares × 2.47 + €44.60 (each pro rata by selected modules) |
Businesses from 40 ha benefit from degressive pricing — the price per hectare falls as the area increases.
Free modules
Section titled “Free modules”The field record book (vineyard management) and employee management are always free and included in every business — even without a subscription.
Paid modules
Section titled “Paid modules”Every paid module contributes differently to the total price. You can add or remove modules at any time under Settings → Billing.

| Equipment management | Manage machinery and equipment and assign them to tasks |

Trial period
Section titled “Trial period”New businesses start with a free trial period, during which all modules are unlocked. Once the trial ends, you choose the modules you want to keep using. For more details, see Billing & modules.
