Business — Business data

In the Business tab you maintain the master data of your business — company name, holding number, address and location on the map.

Note

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar and select the Business tab.

Account data

Company name	The name of your business as displayed in the dashboard and to employees	Yes
Vinitor ID	Unique identifier for your business — assigned automatically at registration and cannot be changed	— (read-only)

Tip

The Vinitor ID is required for login in the mobile app. Employees enter this ID on first login to connect to the correct business.

Government data

Above the address is a Mapbox search bar — enter your address and select a suggestion to automatically fill in all address fields. The map pin shows the location of your business.

Tip

The location on the map is used as the default centre for the map view. Set the pin to your winery so the map shows the correct area when opened.

Edit business data

1. Open tab

   Navigate to Settings → Business tab.

2. Adjust fields

   Edit the desired fields. Use the Mapbox search bar to quickly fill in the address.

3. Save

   Click Save to apply the changes.
