Create an account

Registration

To use Vinitor, you need an account. Registration is free and takes just a few minutes.

1. Open the registration page

   Open the registration page to create a new account:

2. Enter your account details

   Fill in the registration form:

   • Email address — Your business email address.
   • Password — Choose a secure password.

   After registering, you’ll receive a username in the format benutzername@firmenkennung (e.g. max.mustermann@weingut-sonnental). You’ll use this to sign in from now on.

   Then click Create account.

   

3. Verify your confirmation email

   After registering, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation link. Click the link to verify your email address.

4. Enter your business details

   After verifying, you’ll be asked to enter your business details (company name, address, business number). This data forms the basis for your business in Vinitor.

   Tip

   You can adjust your business details (company name, address, business number) at any time under Settings → Company. Since you already entered these during registration, the most important data is already in place.

5. Start your trial

   Once registration is complete, a 7-day trial starts automatically, during which all modules are unlocked. Once it ends, your account switches to the free plan — all paid modules are deactivated. You can take out a subscription at any time to unlock the modules again.

   You’ll be redirected to the dashboard and can start with setup right away.

   Note

   The trial automatically extends to 30 days if you add your payment details under Settings → Billing.

Signing in

If you already have an account, sign in at dashboard.vinitor.app using your username (benutzername@firmenkennung) and your password.

Forgotten your password?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your username (benutzername@firmenkennung) or your email address.
3. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Note

For security reasons, the reset link is only valid for a limited time. If the link has expired, simply request a new one.
