Welcome to Vinitor! This guide walks you step by step through setting up your business — from registration to daily work in the vineyard.

What is Vinitor?

Vinitor is a vineyard management platform built specifically for winegrowers — but it also suits other agricultural businesses with similar workflows and requirements. It consists of two components that work together seamlessly:

• Web dashboard — The central management interface for business managers. Here you plan tasks, manage vineyards, create spray plans and analyse statistics.
• Mobile app (iOS & Android) — The tool for work in the field. Employees see their tasks, track working time via GPS and file reports right on site.

Who is Vinitor for?

Vinitor is designed for wine-growing businesses of every size — from small family businesses to larger wineries with multiple teams. The platform is particularly helpful for:

• Planning and coordination — Create tasks, assign them to employees and track progress.
• Plant protection records — Create and document spray plans in line with EU requirements (EU Regulation 2023/564).
• Time tracking — Automatically record working time and GPS data out in the field.
• Reports — File damage, observations or issues straight from the vineyard, complete with photo and location.
• Business overview — Manage all vineyards, tasks and employees in one place.

Setup usually takes 10–15 minutes. If you already have your vineyard data as a GIS shapefile, it’ll be even quicker.
