Until now, billing at Vinitor was manual — new customers were created by hand, invoices sent separately. That does not scale and costs time on both sides.
With the new Stripe integration, billing runs automatically. New businesses register themselves via a guided flow: create an account, enter business data, select modules, see prices, get started. During the trial, businesses can use all functions. Afterwards, the payment method is stored and the subscription starts automatically.
The modules can be booked individually, and the price is based on the cultivated vine area. Anyone who only needs task management does not pay for plant protection or GPS tracking as well.
In the dashboard, the new billing page shows the current plan, the payment method and access to the Stripe customer portal. Business managers can manage their subscription themselves — add modules, switch plans or cancel.
Password reset now works by email. No call to support needed anymore — just click “Forgot password”, get a link, set a new password. For this we have built a complete email infrastructure that is also used for future notifications.
