Equipment and machinery management captures the entire machine fleet. Tractor, trailed sprayer, secateurs — machinery and small equipment are kept separately and can be created directly from the overview:
Each machine gets its own detail page with type designation, number plate, build and acquisition date, hourly and service costs — and attached files such as registration or maintenance logs:
The task table from the September release is now a fixed part of seasonal planning: vineyards in the rows, task types in the columns, plus progress bars per row and column. New is moving via drag & drop — tasks move directly from one cell to another:
For staff management there is now a salary history. Pay changes are documented per employee as a record — important for accounting and payroll. And vineyards can now carry their own attachments: lease contracts, plans or photos sit directly on the vineyard.
Behind the scenes, GPS time tracking has been improved considerably. The mobile app now records the location in the background too and automatically assigns working times to the right vineyards — based on the employee’s position.
